We just send the package by aliexpress online shipping, because this is mobile phone with battery, so we don't send by DHL/UPS/EMS express shipping. because hard to clearance the custom.
About Warranty :
We provide 6 months warranty for your phone (All accessories are not in the warranty range) if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.
But we don’t offer warranty if customer open the phone or repair the phone without permission. Please show us the problem in details in the video, we will give best solution.
(Please don't remove the R-PHONE sticker in 20 days after you get it, or no warranty)
Sell after service:
1.Items returned within 15days after delivery can be replaced or refund.
for full refund,please send back the product with full accessories in the package;for repair or replace,please send only the phone without any accessories.

About Damage or Empty Package:
